The Clinic: Season 3
Dan, the plastic surgeon who at the end of the last series fled to England in disgrace when the truth of his cocaine addition came out, returns but gets a frosty reception from everyone except Daisy. Cathy prescribes penicillin to a patient who goes into anaphylactic shock. In Ed’s clinic the McNamara’s are not impressed when he tries to interfere and suggests a full examination of Mrs McNamara after detecting a bruise. Professor McNamara’s (an old teacher of Ed’s) Alzheimer’s is getting worse but his wife just wants them to be left alone as she fears he may be taken into care.
