When traveling salesman Greg Newman hails a taxi at the airport, he has no idea that he is about to take the ride of his life. Everything is normal until the cab driver, Sammy, hits a young woman on the street. The ride takes a turn as, after the injured Billie and her companion Casper are invited into the taxi for a lift to the hospital, they carjack the cab, taking Sammy and Greg hostage. Here, they begin The Millionaire Tour - a clever ploy by dangerous gangsters. Billie and Casper order Greg - at gunpoint - to stop at multiple ATMs where he maxes out each debit, credit, and ATM card, effectively draining his bank accounts. But Greg’s money isn’t the only thing they’re after... Casper and Billie work for the powerful criminal The Roman, who has instructed them to deliver Greg to him. According to The Roman, Greg is actually mastermind con man 'Julius Jacks', who has stolen millions from The Roman and has avoided capture - until now. And The Roman wants him dead. As the cab approaches The Roman’s hideout, Greg pleads his case, insisting that he’s innocent, a humble salesman - least of all a criminal. But are Greg’s claims authentic, or the work of a true master of deception?
