Viewers can immerse themselves in the lives of a group of mature Muslim women in this thought provoking drama. Dressed in their hijabs, they leave the familiarity of their Bangladeshi community and set out on a voyage of discovery. Divorce is severely frowned upon in the Brick Lane Bangladeshi community, but with a little help from her friends and daughters, Sofia finds a new path to happiness.
